Thank you for your interest in booking with Aisha Lee Photography! Below are my terms and conditions, please read carefully and I look forward to working with you!

 
The deposit is non-refundable and required at the time of booking. If the Client cancels or changes the engagement the deposit will not be refunded. If the Photographer fails to appear at the place and time specified the deposit shall be refunded to the Client.

The Photographer retains copyright to the photographs and hereby grants the client unlimited but non exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the client pays. Photographs when used online must be credited to Aisha Lee Photography. Photographs shall be available to the client via online gallery. 

In the event the Photographer has an emergency or is very ill at the time of the scheduled shoot the Photographer will make every effort to reschedule the session at the clients convenience.

A $50 booking deposit, required of all sessions, is nonrefundable, with the exception of rain dates. This is not an additional fee, this is subtracted from your full session total. Please do not book until you have discussed and decided on your date with Aisha. Once your payment has been received, Aisha will contact you and your session date will be reserved. Your spot will not be held until this is completed. Balance shall be paid in full before the session for the service to be provided.
